Feeling snacky? Sprinkle some Smokin’ Habanero BBQ Rub over fried chickpeas. It’s a protein rich snack to satisfy your chip cravings. Today, we also put it over a bowl with chicken, veggies and feta to add some crunch to our lunch.
BBQ Fried Chickpeas
Smokin’ Habanero BBQ Rub
1 can of chickpeas
4 tbsp of olive oil
Rinse and drain 1 can of chickpeas and dry on paper towel.
Heat up a pan on med/high heat with 4 tbsp of olive oil. When the pan is hot, add chickpeas and cook for 6-10 minutes until they’re brown and crispy.
Take them out and dry on a paper towel to soak up excess oil. Sprinkle BBQ rub over top to your liking.
