Inspired by Lily’s family's Montreal roots—and the smoked meat sandwiches she grew up devouring—we knew the steak spices on grocery shelves weren’t cutting it. Too salty, not enough flavour. So, we made our own.

With a crave-worthy mix of kosher salt, black pepper, onion flakes, garlic flakes, coriander seed, and cumin seed, this blend takes steak, roasts, burgers, salmon, and veggies to the next level.
