Mediterranean Dinner Rolls

Ingredients:

• 1 package of Pillsbury Flaky Rolls (feel free to use your favourite frozen rolls, homemade dough, or a gluten-free alternative)
• 3 tablespoons of Olive Oil
• 1/2 cup of diced Feta Cheese
• 1/3 cup of chopped Red Onion
• 1/3 cup of halved and pitted Kalamata Olives
• 1 - 2 tbsp of Spyce Girlz Theo The Greek Seasoning (sprinkle to taste)
• Optional: 1/3 cup of chopped Sundried Tomatoes

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C)
2. Lightly coat a baking pan with olive oil. We suggest using an 8 x 8 inch or 9 x 9 inch baking pan.
3. Place your rolls of choice into the pan. Feel free to squish them in.
4. Drizzle on some olive oil, then generously sprinkle your Spyce Girlz Theo The Greek Seasoning on top.
5. Gently press the feta cheese, chopped red onion, and Kalamata olives into the rolls. (Along with your sundried tomatoes if you are using them). Be sure to fill any gaps between the rolls with the toppings.
6. Add one last drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of Spyce Girlz Theo The Greek Seasoning.
7. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the toppings are bubbly.
8. Let the rolls cool slightly before serving warm. They make a fantastic side dish or as a snack on their own!
