  • Our spice blends are lower in sodium than most leading brands. We believe flavour should come from real spices, not just a heavy pour of salt.

    Many traditional packets rely on sodium as the main ingredient. While our blends all contain salt, we build our blends around herbs and spices first, so you get bold flavour without overdoing it.

  • You can buy our spice blends right here on our online shop or at select retailers across Canada, including Farm Boy, Longos, and other independent stores. Check our Store Locator page for the most up-to-date locations.

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours.

    Delivery times vary depending on your location in Canada, but most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

  • Yes. All of our blends all 100% gluten free.

    Founder Lily’s mom has celiac disease, so creating blends that are safe for her to enjoy was incredibly important from day one. Our spices are blended and packaged in a gluten-free facility.

    While we are not yet certified gluten-free, we are working on getting the official certificiation. We take gluten safety seriously and formulate our products accordingly.

  • We do ship to the U.S. and the United Kingdom but please note that free shipping only applies to Canadian orders and international orders may be subject to duties and taxes.

  • Nope. No preservatives, no anti-caking agents, no artificial flavours. We keep it simple: high-quality spices blended properly so you don’t need the junk.

  • All our products are 100% nut and peanut free and made in a nut free facility.

    We make an everything bagel seasoning which contains sesame but we do that on a separate day to avoid cross contamination for people with sesame allergies. 

    Each product has a list of ingredients in the description and we list all potential allergens.
