We have a garden full of homegrown English cucumbers… so we HAD to try the viral iconic Cucumber Salad recipe using Spyce Girlz Everything Bagel Seasoning, of course! And wow—talk about delicious! It did not disappoint!
Ingredients:
- 1 English cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup of sliced red onion
- 1 tbsp of capers
- 4 tbsp of whipped cream cheese
- 5 oz of smoked salmon
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Spyce Girlz Everything Bagel Seasoning
Instructions:
- Slice your cucumber into a container that has a lid (you'll need to shake it to mix it!).
- Once sliced, add in the onions, capers, cream cheese and smoked salmon.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add a GENEROUS amount of Spyce Girlz Everything Bagel Seasoning.
- Shake it like you are at a dance party until all the ingredients are combined.
- Grab a fork, dig in, and enjoy!
