Spyce Girlz Queso Dip

This Queso Dip made with our famous Taco Seasoning is super fun to make for your next get-together, as a fun snack, or for your next Summer BBQ!

  • 1 lb of ground beef (or meat substitute)
  • 2 tbsp of Spyce Girlz Taco Seasoning
  • 1 can of Rotel diced tomatoes
  • 1 small can of chopped green chilies
  • 8 oz of Velveeta melting cheese (diced is best for seamless melting)
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped onion
  • 2 cups of shredded cheese
  • 3/4 cup of milk or 10% cream
  • 1/4 cup of cilantro, chopped (optional but we love it!)

  1. In a frying pan, cook your ground beef (or beef substitue) over medium heat until it's browned.
  2. Add 2 tbsp of Spyce Girlz Taco Seasoning and stir.
  3. As you stir, add in the tomatoes, green chilies, velveeta cheese, onion and shredded cheese.
  4. Add the milk or cream.
  5. Stir until cheese is fully melted.
  6. Once melted to perfection, remove from heat and garnish with a sprinkle of fresh cilantro for an extra burst of flavour (optional).
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature alongside tortilla chips. The dip thickens as it cools. You may want to add 1-2 tbsp of milk or water to thin if yours is too thick. We like it thick! Enjoy!
