Is your New Year's resolution to incorporate healthier meal options into your routine? Start the year off right and spyce up your food goals with our versatile, delicious, and better-for-you Spyce blends! Today we are cooking up Chicken & Greek Salad, using our Theo The Greek Seasoning. Opa!

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • Olive oil
  • Theo The Greek Seasoning
  • 2-3 diced tomatoes
  • 1 English cucumber diced
  • ½ cup of sliced and pitted Kalamata olives
  • 1 cup of feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Coat chicken breasts with 1-2 tbsp of olive oil and 1-2 tbsp Theo The Greek Seasoning.
  2. Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 375.
  3. In a bowl add all the tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and feta cheese. 
  4. For the dressing combine ¼ cup of olive oil, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and 2 tbsp of Theo The Greek Seasoning in a bowl. Whisk it up, then pour over your salad and toss. 
  5. Plate your veggies and chicken.
  6. For an extra side dish, top fries with olive oil and Theo The Greek Seasoning. Enjoy
