Boujee Avocado Toast

I kid you not, I made this breakfast everyday for 2 weeks. The addition of chives and dill is a must here, people!

Servings: 2
Prep Time: 15 Minutes


  • 4 pieces of toast
  • ¼ cup of sour cream
  • ¼ cup of mayo
  • 1 tbsp of Herbalicious Seasoning & Dip Mix
  • 1 medium to large avocado, cubed
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • ½ small red onion, sliced very thin
  • Fresh dill
  • Fresh chives
  • Fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp Capers
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Smoked Salmon


  1. Prepare your spread! Combine ¼ cup of sour cream and ¼ cup of mayo with 2 tbsp of Spyce Girlz Herbalicious Seasoning & Dip Mix.
  2. Prepare the salad! In a medium bowl, add your cubed avocado(s), cherry tomatoes, red onion, add a splash of caper juice, capers, a few sprigs of fresh dill, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Assemble! Generously spread your Spyce Girlz Herbalicious Seasoning & Dip Mix mixture on your toast, to your liking then top with smoked salmon. Divvy up the avocado tomato salad between the pieces of toast and top with additional dill, chives and/ or parsley!
