Boujee Avocado Toast
I kid you not, I made this breakfast everyday for 2 weeks. The addition of chives and dill is a must here, people!
4 pieces of toast
¼ cup of sour cream
¼ cup of mayo
1 tbsp of Herbalicious Seasoning & Dip Mix
1 medium to large avocado
½ small red onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare your spread! Combine ¼ cup of sour cream and ¼ cup of mayo with 2 tbsp of Spyce Girlz Herbalicious Dip Mix.
Prepare the salad! In a medium bowl, add your cubed avocado(s), quarter a few handfuls of cherry tomatoes, ½ of a small red onion sliced very thin, add a splash of caper juice, 1 tbsp of capers, a few sprigs of fresh dill, salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble! Generously spread your Herbalicious mixture on your toast, to your liking then top with smoked salmon. Divvy up the avocado tomato salad between the pieces of toast and top with additional dill, chives and/ or parsley!
